Characteristic

In the pipe, stainless steel beads (sandy) are jetted from one side and collected from the other side with a strong suction force.
Stainless steel beads and trash are separated, and trash is put into a garbage bag, and stainless steel beads can be reused as many times as they are.
The pipe can be cleaned even if it is bent.
Applicable pipe size (φ5 to 20mm, length 100mm to 2,000mm, depending on the shape)
Target garbage: cotton wool, scale (dried), burrs, polyethylene, etc.
Cleaning conditions: Cleaning after drying (no moisture)
No plastic pipe.
Use good for Spinning, weaving factories, ...

Specification

Cleaning time : When the pipe length is 1m, cleaning will be completed automatically in about 30 to 40 seconds.
Cleaning operation : Remote control operation (on / emergency stop) 100V to 240V power supply
Recommended for use in factories with a compressor capacity of 11kW or more and an air volume of 1.5 m³.
