WARP MACHINE IR SENSOR ASSEMBLY

The IR sensor of warping machine is designed based on the principle of sensor sensing warp motion. It has the characteristics of light installation, long service life, low load voltage and fast identification of broken warp.

The infrared sensors are arranged in a group of 5 holes (heads), and the length can be customized according to the customer's requirements. Each 5 holes has a white porcelain eye different from other colors (pink), which is convenient for counting the number of warp yarns. When the warp yarn in the hole is broken at high speed, the yarn hook will fall down in time, and the inductor will have a signal through the electric box to realize the light indication.
