AUTO YARN BREAK SENSORS

In yarn processing machines, when there is a break of one or more yarns, the yarn break sensor automatically gives a warning signal to the machine controller.

The operator can observe the LED blinking signal and process it.

The sensor will simultaneously send an electrical signal to the yarn cutter to cut the broken yarn and clamp the cutter head firmly with the device attached to the yarn cutter.

Similarly, in winding, spinning, and spinning machines, the yarn must be cut off when the bobbin is full after the sensor sends a signal.
